Refund and Returns Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 3–5 working days.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
